Terms and Conditions

Adbri Masonry $50 Cash Back for every $500 spent

Promotional Period: 1 September to 30 November 2021

 

1. Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this $50 Cash Back for every $500 spent is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Claims must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

2. The Promoter is Adbri Masonry Pty Ltd ABN 31 009 687 521 of 85 Christensen Road, Stapylton, Queensland, 4207.

3. The promotion commences at 8.00am (AEST) on Wednesday 1 September 2021 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 30 November 2021. The promotional period may be extended in the sole discretion of the promoter.

4. Submissions to claim the offer close at 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 31 December 2021. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.

5. The offer is: A $50 visa gift card via redemption for every $500 spent on selected Adbri Masonry or Brighton Masonry Products, in one transaction.

a. $50 cash back when you spend $500 on eligible product in one transaction

b. $100 cash back when you spend $1,000 on eligible product in one transaction

c. $150 cash back when you spend $1,500 on eligible product in one transaction

d. $200 cash back when you spend $2,000 on eligible product in one transaction

e. $250 cash back when you spend $2,500 on eligible product in one transaction

f. $300 cash back when you spend $3,000 on eligible products in one transaction

g. $350 cash back when you spend $3,500 on eligible products in one transaction

h. $400 cash back when you spend $4,000 on eligible products in one transaction

i. $450 cash back when you spend $4,500 on eligible products in one transaction

j. $500 cash back when you spend $5,000 on eligible products in one transaction

6. The maximum cash back is $500. The maximum transaction available to this offer is $5000.00

7. Limit of one (1) offer applies per household.

8. Offer applies to non-ABN customers only.

9. Products eligible for this offer

10. Not available on any Adbri Masonry Besser ® Blocks, Bricks or Versaloc ® or any Brighton Masonry grey bricks or block products.

11. Not available for any product sold as a factory second.

 

Eligibility

12. To be eligible for this offer, each claimant must:

a. Be an Australian resident currently living in Australia with an Australian residential and postal address

b. Be aged 18 years or over

c. Not be an employee or family of employee purchasing at a discounted rate

d. Be the participating products end user, meaning the claimant must purchase the participating product/s for their own use and not for commercial purposes, resale, or resupply

e. Not claim as part of a multi-residential project, or new homes development sale, or any purchase on a commercial invoice at commercial pricing

f. Make payment in full during the promotional period, in one transaction.

13. The cash back is calculated on the customer purchase price of Adbri Masonry or Brighton Masonry products only; it will not include the customer purchase price of any non Adbri Masonry products in the transaction. The minimum limit of $500.00 must be reached with Adbri / Brighton Masonry products only.

14. The minimum spend $500 amount must not include delivery fees or installation costs.

15. The claimed cash back redemption must be received by Adbri Masonry using the method outlined below on or before 31 December 2021 to be eligible.

 

Validation of claims

16. To register, customers must email adbrimarketing@adbri.com.au with the following details:

a. Scan or photo of the Tax Invoice, verifying the purchase. This proof of purchase must clearly show qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and the date of purchase

b. Full Name

c. Full Postal Address (so this Visa Gift Card can be mailed)

d. If you have been provided with a redemption voucher, this voucher should be included. Voucher is not required to successfully claim.

17. The Cash back is provided in the form of a visa gift card, from www.uchoosegiftcard.com.au and will be posted to you via express post.

18. Allow six (6) weeks from the date of claim for delivery of Visa gift card.

19. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the registration process.

20. The promoter accepts no responsibility for illegible, late, lost or misdirected registrations.

21. The promoter’s decision on claim eligibility in line with these terms and conditions is final, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to any such decisions.
