Our products are delivered either by couriers, by our supplier vehicles, or one of our own vehicles depending on your location. Orders are normally delivered between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
When will my order be delivered?
For delivery of tiles and pavers in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich & Sunshine Coast one of our sales team will contact you to arrange delivery within 1 working day. It will be necessary for you to provide a contact number.
For mosaics, tilers tools, and trims orders we usually ship within 2 to 4 Business Days. Actual delivery times can vary from State to State.
Is it possible to have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, it is possible to have tiles delivered to another address, however, you will be required to provide us with the full delivery address and a contact number. For security reasons, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date using the number provided.
What time will my delivery be?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to specify a delivery time, normally deliveries should be between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
Unless you notify us not to leave your order, we will leave your delivery in a safe location near the front of your home. You can specify where you would like them left.
What if my tiles are damaged, or the order is not correct?
You must notify us of all damages and irregularities within 7 working days of the delivery. You must notify us of the exact amount missing or damaged and free replacements will be sent on the next available delivery. Due to the nature of the goods, it will be deemed acceptable if there are 1 or 2 broken tiles and we recommend that you use them as cuts as necessary. If on first inspection you notice that there are damages please indicate this on the driver's paperwork.
It is the customer and/or tiler’s responsibility to fully inspect the goods appropriate to the type, quantity, size, quality, aesthetics and appearance, shade, colour, layout pattern, suitability for purpose, and any other characteristics of the goods prior to installation, as no claims will be considered after installation
The dimensions of tiles listed on the website are nominal dimensions only. All tiles are fired at high temperatures and different production batches may have small size variations which may differ from the descriptive size. All size variations are within Australian Standards.
What if I order too many tiles?
Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of surplus tiles, however, we do recommend that you order approximately 10% extra for cuts, breakages and any future repairs.
Adding the items and the quantities required into the shopping cart will bring up the delivery options and costs. The delivery cost will include any packing and packaging as required.
What is your Returns Policy?
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY, We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Our returns policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
BEFORE purchasing from us, please assure yourself by purchasing or viewing samples, as the colour and texture of actual products may vary from what you see on a computer monitor/screen.
